The HPMA London Academy team are looking for facilitators and participants for their action learning sets for 2016.
Action learning sets are a simple and powerful way for individuals to learn from each other. It is a process which involves working on real challenges, using the knowledge and skills of a small group of people combined with skilled questioning, to produce fresh ideas and reinterpret familiar concepts.
The Academy has enjoyed great success in setting up these groups in the past. Manjit Kaur, Head of Employee Relations at West London Mental Health NHS Trust, who took part in the 2015 action learning sets said: “The sessions were invaluable and certainly helped me to address a number of specific areas both personally and professionally at the time and to feel supported during the tenure of the group.“
