As part of our annual programme of events, we committed to delivering one workshop per year focusing on health and wellbeing. To coincide with World Mental Health Day in October, we are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with Inspire to deliver our Autumn 2018 Workshop: Mental Health, Mindfulness and Me.
Inspire is a charity and social enterprise delivering mental health, learning/intellectual disability, autism, addiction and workplace wellbeing services across the island of Ireland.
