HPMA Conference Terms and Conditions

Delegate Fee includes: lunch, tea and coffee refreshments on the specified day/s chosen to attend plus conference notes and delegate pack. Accomodation and dinner is included in fee if that specific ticket option chosen.
Cancellations are to be submitted in writing no later than 30 days prior to the event.
All cancellations carry an administration charge of £50 + vat. Cancellations received within 30 days of the event will be subject to the full delegate fee; however a delegate substitute may be made if requested in writing to rachael@chamberdunn.co.uk 
No event may be held by a commercial ticket holder within 5 miles of the venue for the duration of the event without prior written consent of the Organiser - please contact rachael@chamberdunn.co.uk 
There will be no refunds for non-attendance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice before the event.
By returning the registration form to Chamberlain Dunn, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions.
The data you provide will be held on a database in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).
