Change Management Masterclass

This half day Masterclass is targeted at practitioner levels and delegates will have the opportunity to explore practical examples and interactive techniques which support the Prepare, Engage, Motivate, Support and Challenge, approach to managing change.The event has been designed to help build skills, knowledge and confidence to successfully incorporate change management techniques as part of the management role and will be filled with practical techniques and ideas to help delegates to navigate and deal with the current challenges and pace of change facing their organisations.
It promises to be a stimulating and engaging session, with members who attend leaving the event with a range of new tools and change management insights and techniques which they can immediately apply back in their workplace.
This interactive and practically based Masterclass will be led by Joanne Spencer and Karen Jones from Infinite You Limited who are regular contributors to the HPMA's ezine Network and are currently featuring a series of articles on managing successful change and handling ambiguity in complex organisations.
Joanne and Karen have worked with leading brands in the private and public sectors for many years and know how to support businesses and organisations to get the very best return from one of their biggest investments ... their people.
Having a proven track record of working at both operational and strategic levels in business, managing projects and programmes, they understand what's involved in maximising the potential of people, enabling sustainable change and balancing this with the commercial and client requirements of our business.
