As an integral part of the HPMA, the Wales Branch recognises the important role it can play in supporting members in building professional and personal support networks, promoting learning, exposing colleagues to new ideas and different ways of working and providing the opportunity and time to reflect on practice – building the capability and impact of people management in Wales.
HPMA Wales has been proactive - working on revitalising the branch by focussing on the HR, Workforce and OD community; developing a membership strategy; and attracting new members and developing committee roles.
