This workshop session will explore the complex context of the NHS in 2017 and beyond. Using Organisational Development (OD) theory and practice methods, we’ll look at the benefits of cultivating an OD mindset and seeing the world through a new lens. This session will give you the space to think and tools to use so that you feel bolder about how you approach change and deliver results.
